Scruton Allotments Association Refund Policy


  • If Scruton Allotments Association cancels an event, ticket holders will be issued a full refund.
  • If a ticket holder needs to cancel their attendance at an event more than 3 days before the event, they will be issued a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for ticket holders who cancel their attendance at on the day of the event.


  • If a Scruton Allotments Association customer is not satisfied with the quality of their produce purchase at the time of purchase, they may return the produce for a full refund.
  • To receive a refund, customers must return the produce to Scruton Allotments Association within 24 hours of purchase and show evidence of a defect at the time of purchase.

Please note:

  • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Scruton Allotments Association reserves the right to refuse a refund if the customer has abused or misused the refund policy.
